It has the delightful smooth taste of clove and facilitates a good nights sleep for me.
I don't take it orally, I put one or two full droppers on my forearms when I go to bed and rub it in on both the top and bottom of my arms. It works like a charm for me. I SLEEP LIKE A BABY!!!
